"Administrator"

Sec. 2. (a) "Administrator", except as provided in subsection (b), refers to the administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency. (b) "Administrator", for purposes of IC 13-23 and the administration of the ELTF, means the commissioner of the department of environmental management.
