"Waste tire storage site"

Sec. 251. "Waste tire storage site", for purposes of IC 13-20-13 and IC 13-20-14, means: (1) a site at which at least one thousand (1,000) passenger tire equivalents are accumulated outdoors or within a structure that is not completely enclosed; or (2) a site at which at least two thousand (2,000) passenger tire equivalents are accumulated indoors within a completely enclosed structure.
