"Waste treatment facilities"

Sec. 255. "Waste treatment facilities", for purposes of IC 13-18-10, means the system of: (1) treatment works; (2) control facilities; (3) equipment; and (4) other facilities and appurtenances; installed to treat, control, or dispose of runoff, waste, and manure.
