Sec. 262. "Water supply permit", for purposes of IC 13-18-20, refers to a NPDES permit issued to a facility collecting, treating, or distributing water from: (1) wells; (2) reservoirs; (3) lakes; (4) rivers; (5) sources of supply; (6) pumps; (7) mains;
