Sec. 31.5. "Combined sewer operational plan", for purposes of IC 13-18, means a plan that contains the minimum technology controls applicable to, and requirements for operation and maintenance of, a combined sewer system: (1) before; (2) during; and (3) upon the completion of; the implementation of a long term control plan.
