"Computer"

Sec. 38.1. (a) "Computer", for purposes of this chapter and IC 13-20.5, means an electronic, a magnetic, an optical, an electrochemical, or other high speed data processing device performing logical, arithmetic, or storage functions. (b) The term does not include the following: (1) An automated typewriter or typesetter. (2) A portable handheld calculator or device, or other similar device. As added by P.L.178-2009, SEC.6.
