Sec. 57.2. "Disposal facility", for purposes of IC 13-22-12-3.5, means a site where hazardous wastes are disposed of in or on the land, including a site associated with, within, or adjacent to facilities generating the waste. As added by P.L.220-2014, SEC.5.
