Sec. 61.3. "Dwelling", for purposes of this chapter, means a building, a structure, or another enclosed space that is: (1) permanent or temporary; (2) movable or fixed; and (3) an individual's home or place of lodging. As added by P.L.178-2009, SEC.10.
