Sec. 66.9. "End of life vehicle", for purposes of IC 13-20-17.7, means a motor vehicle that is: (1) sold; or (2) otherwise conveyed; to a motor vehicle recycler for the purpose of recycling. As added by P.L.170-2006, SEC.4. Amended by P.L.112-2016, SEC.4.
