"Final disposal facility"

Sec. 82. (a) "Final disposal facility", for purposes of IC 13-20-3, IC 13-20-5, IC 13-20-22, and IC 13-21, means any of the following: (1) A landfill. (2) An incinerator. (3) A waste-to-energy facility. (b) The term does not include a transfer station or an advanced recycling facility.
