Asbestos trust fund; use of funds

Sec. 4. The commissioner may use money in the fund to do the following: (1) Pay the expenses of administration of the accreditation program established under section 1 of this chapter. (2) Cover other costs related to implementation of the federal Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act of 1986 (15 U.S.C. 2641 et seq.).
