Sec. 8. (a) This chapter shall be enforced under IC 13-30-3. (b) A violation of this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter is subject to the penalties set forth in the following: (1) IC 13-30-4. (2) IC 13-30-5. (3) IC 13-30-8.
