Meetings

Sec. 10. (a) The commission shall meet: (1) at least four (4) times per calendar year; and (2) on call of any of the following: (A) The chairman. (B) The executive director. (C) Any number of members that constitutes a quorum under subsection (b). (b) The following number of members constitutes a quorum: (1) Three (3) commission members before August 1, 2012.
