Sec. 13. (a) A person who intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly violates section 10 of this chapter commits a Class C misdemeanor. (b) A person who violates section 6, 7, 8, 9, or 11 of this chapter commits a Class C infraction. As added by P.L.57-1995, SEC.9.
