Applicability of chapter

Sec. 1. This chapter applies to land that: (1) was owned by the state as of May 16, 1927; (2) borders upon or lies adjacent to a lake or stream; and (3) is not otherwise used or occupied or intended for use or occupation by an institution, a department, or an office of the state government.
