Sec. 4. The Indiana state park inns authority is established for the purposes of managing, operating, and administering:
(1) inns, lodging, and other facilities on property owned or operated by the department; and (2) activities associated with hospitality and recreation as considered necessary by the executive director. As added by P.L.127-2022, SEC.23.
