Permits for nonprofit youth organizations

Sec. 2. (a) Upon: (1) application to the department; and (2) the payment of an annual fee of one hundred dollars ($100); the department shall issue to a nonprofit organization composed primarily of individuals less than seventeen (17) years of age a permit for the admission of the members as a group into any facility of the department. (b) A permit issued under this section is valid from June 1 through August 31 of the year in which the permit is issued.
