Acquisition of real property

Sec. 9. The commission may, in the commission's discretion: (1) acquire on behalf of the state; (2) through gifts, bequests, legacies, and donations or by purchase out of money received as similar contributions; and (3) at prices considered reasonable to the commission; land, buildings, structures, and other property or interests in property.
