Chair; meeting notice

Sec. 5. (a) The governor or the governor's designee shall act as the chair of the commission. (b) The chair shall give notice of the date, time, and place of a meeting of the commission to the members of the commission at least ten (10) days before the meeting date by any of the following methods: (1) Mail. (2) Fax. (3) Telephone. (4) Electronic mail. As added by P.L.54-2004, SEC.5. Amended by P.L.203-2014, SEC.11.
