Sec. 19. (a) The department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to establish and operate a lottery system to allow an individual to purchase a license to take more than one (1) antlered deer within a one (1) year period. (b) The rules adopted under subsection (a) must include the following provisions: (1) A provision stating that an individual must have held and used a valid license to take a deer under IC 14-22-12 within the same year in order to participate in the lottery under this section. (2) A provision stating that the fee for participating in the lottery under this section is thirty dollars ($30). (3) A provision stating that the drawing for the lottery under this section will be held on December 15. (4) A provision stating that there will be only one hundred (100) licenses awarded under the lottery. (5) A provision stating that the season for the deer hunt for which a license is awarded under the lottery is the first week of January. As added by P.L.22-2015, SEC.1.

IC 14-22-11-20 Symbol of anatomical gift on license; rules Sec. 20. (a) The department shall place an identifying symbol of the individual's intention to make an anatomical gift on the face of the resident license to hunt, fish, or trap that is issued to the individual. (b) The department shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 for issuing licenses with an identifying symbol indicating the donation of an anatomical gift that may include the process of purchasing a license in person at a license agent or an online transaction.
