Penalties

Sec. 10. (a) A person who knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with the requirements of: (1) a license issued under this chapter; (2) this chapter; or (3) rules adopted under this article to implement this chapter; is subject to suspension or revocation of the person's license. (b) A license revoked under this section may not be reinstated. (c) A person who knowingly or intentionally violates this chapter commits a Class A misdemeanor. As added by P.L.165-2011, SEC.15.
