Applicability of chapter

Sec. 1. This chapter does not apply to the following: (1) Animals imported into Indiana for the purpose of being confined and exhibited in a zoo or other public display of animals. (2) Other animals that the department designates. (3) Animals regulated under IC 14-22-31-7. (4) Game birds under a game breeder's license issued under IC 14-22-20.
