Permit requirement

Sec. 1. A person may not use, set, or discharge dynamite or other explosives in any of the waters of this state without having a permit from the director. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 14-2-7-26(a).] As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.15.
