Establishment of course of instruction

Sec. 1. (a) The department shall establish a course of instruction in hunter safety, principles of conservation, and sportsmanship. (b) To carry out subsection (a), the department may cooperate with a reputable association or organization having as an objective the promotion of hunter safety, principles of conservation, and sportsmanship.
