Sec. 9. Not later than ten (10) years after the compact takes effect under section 9.4 of the compact, the general assembly shall study and make findings and recommendations
concerning the following: (1) The appropriateness of the permit threshold amounts established in section 7(a) of this chapter considering: (A) advances made under section 1.4 of the compact; and (B) other new water management technology and practices that become available. (2) Any changes in those amounts that the general assembly deems warranted. As added by P.L.4-2008, SEC.5. Amended by P.L.133-2012, SEC.177.
