"Shoreline or water line" defined

Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, "shoreline or water line" means the line that is formed around a lake by the intersection of the water in the lake with the adjoining land when the surface elevation of the lake is: (1) normal; (2) at the average level; or (3) at the average normal level established by law.
