Appointed levee committee members

Sec. 8.5. (a) The county council and county executive shall each appoint an individual to serve as a voting member of the committee in charge of a levee. (b) A member of a committee in charge of a levee appointed under this section serves at the pleasure of the appointing authority. As added by P.L.108-2013, SEC.3.
