Petition to establish district; notice of hearing to resident

landowners Sec. 8. Notice given under section 7 of this chapter must state the following: (1) The date of the filing. (2) The time and place of the hearing. (3) The fact that the petition requests the establishment of a district. (4) The name and a general description of the dredge ditch or drain for which it is proposed to establish the district.
