Adoption of rules; fees

Sec. 5. The commission shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 for the following: (1) The transaction of commission business. (2) The administration and exercise of the commission's powers and duties. (3) Subject to IC 14-10-2-1, set the permit fees not less than the minimum fee established in sections 22, 24, and 26.5 of this chapter.
