Annual budgets

Sec. 12. The commission shall prepare and submit an annual budget. After the legislative body of the county or municipality has passed an ordinance creating a commission: (1) money may be appropriated to carry out the duties of the commission; and (2) the commission may expend, under procedure provided by law, money appropriated to the commission for purposes and activities authorized by this chapter.
