Sec. 8. The following serve as voting members of the commission: (1) The three (3) county commissioners from each participating county. (2) The chairman of a soil and water conservation district for each participating county that: (A) is subject to IC 14-32; (B) includes territory in a participating county; and (C) includes territory in the basin.
