Sec. 9. (a) A member of the commission may: (1) designate another individual to perform the duties of the member on the commission; and (2) revoke the designation. (b) Any designation or a revocation of a designation under this section must be filed with the commission to be effective. As added by P.L.35-2001, SEC.7.
