Motion for dismissal of petition

Sec. 5. If: (1) a petition is conditioned upon a promise of federal money; and (2) the responsible federal agency informs the court that federal money is not available for the district as proposed by the petition or amendments to the petition; the petitioners may move that the petition be dismissed.
