Applicability of chapter

Sec. 1. (a) This chapter applies only to furnishing water supply for domestic, industrial, and public use. (b) This chapter does not apply to the accomplishment of any other purpose: (1) for which a district has been established; or (2) that is added to the purposes of the district after establishment.
