"Water facilities" and "water supply" defined

Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, "water facilities" and "water supply" include the following: (1) Source of supply. (2) Treatment facilities. (3) Purifying and storage facilities. (4) Distribution systems. (5) Appurtenant equipment. (6) Materials and supplies. (7) Land, easements, and rights-of-way. (8) Buildings. (9) All other facilities for the administration, operation, and maintenance of the items described in subdivisions (1) through (8).
