Notification of permit issuance

Sec. 16. (a) Within ten (10) days after a permit is issued, the director shall notify the following persons that a permit has been issued: (1) The local government officials in the county in which the area of land to be affected is located. (2) Each person identified in the permit application under IC 14-34-3-3(2). (3) Each person who has requested a hearing under section 6 of this chapter. (4) Each person who has requested such notice.
