Operator with forfeited bond

Sec. 34. An operator who has forfeited a bond may not receive a permit unless: (1) the land for which the bond was forfeited has been reclaimed without cost to the state; or (2) the operator has paid to the department the amount that the commission finds is adequate to reclaim the land.
