Expiration of permit

Sec. 8. A permit issued under this chapter expires one (1) year from the date of issuance unless a test hole is drilled within one (1) year. [Pre-1995 Recodification Citation: 13-4-5-6.] As added by P.L.1-1995, SEC.31.
