"Interested person"

Sec. 134. "Interested person" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-18-6, the meaning set forth in IC 14-18-6-2. (2) For purposes of IC 14-33, the term includes the following: (A) A freeholder or corporation owning land within a proposed or an established conservancy district. (B) A private or corporate person whose property may be condemned or injured by a conservancy district. (C) An officer of a municipality. (D) A federal or state agency.
