Sec. 144.5. "Lands eligible for remining", for purposes of IC 14-34, means those lands that are eligible for funding under: (1) IC 14-34-19; or (2) Section 402(g)(4) of the federal Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (30 U.S.C. 1232(g)(4)). As added by P.L.179-1995, SEC.1.
