"Operate"

Sec. 188. "Operate" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-15, the act of navigating, driving, steering, sailing, rowing, paddling, or otherwise moving or exercising physical control over the movement of a watercraft. However, the term does not include a watercraft that is anchored or moored. (2) For purposes of IC 14-16-1, the meaning set forth in IC 14-16-1-4.
