Sec. 265. "State", for purposes of IC 14-28-1, IC 14-28-3, and IC 14-32, means the following: (1) The Indiana state government. (2) An agency, a subdivision, an officer, a board, a bureau, a commission, a department, a division, or an instrumentality of the state.
