Sec. 65. "Dealer" has the following meaning: (1) For purposes of IC 14-16-1, the meaning set forth in IC 14-16-1-2. (2) For purposes of IC 14-24, the term means a person who grows or buys nursery stock for the purpose of reselling or reshipping the stock in Indiana.
