Lien on property; repayment

Sec. 6. (a) An amount appropriated under section 2 of this chapter is a lien on the real and personal property of the 4-H club. (b) A dividend may not be declared or paid to the incorporators or stockholders of the 4-H club until the appropriation made by the board is repaid with interest to the county treasury.
