Rules; pure seed and germination

Sec. 28. (a) The state seed commissioner may by rule define seed labeling and testing terms in common usage such as "pure seed" and "germination". (b) A rule adopted by the state seed commissioner under this section must be based on published sources such as the rules of the Association of Official Seed Analysts.
