Sec. 5.5. As used in this chapter, "cool season lawn and turf grasses" includes: (1) Kentucky bluegrass, red fescue, chewings fescue, hard fescue, tall fescue, perennial ryegrass, intermediate ryegrass, annual ryegrass, colonial bentgrass, or creeping bentgrass; and (2) mixtures of any of the grasses referred to in subdivision (1).
