Sec. 19. (a) Hemp bud (as defined in IC 35-48-1-17.2) and hemp flower (as defined in IC 35-48-1-17.3) may be sold only to a processor licensed under this chapter. (b) The state seed commissioner may impose a civil penalty under section 13 of this chapter for a violation of subsection (a). As added by P.L.190-2019, SEC.20.
