"Handler"

Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, "handler" means an individual, a partnership, a company, or a corporation that receives hemp for scientific research, or for processing into commodities, hemp products, or agricultural hemp seed. As added by P.L.165-2014, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.190-2019, SEC.5.
