"Nematode"

Sec. 27. As used in this chapter, "nematode", commonly known as a nema or an eelworm, means an invertebrate animal of the phylum nemathelminthes and class Nematoda that is an unsegmented roundworm: (1) with an elongated, fusiform, or saclike body covered with cuticle; and (2) that inhabits soil, water, plants, or plant parts.
