"Pesticide"

Sec. 30. As used in this chapter, "pesticide" means: (1) any substance or mixture of substances intended for: (A) preventing; (B) destroying; (C) repelling; or (D) mitigating; a pest; and (2) any substance or mixture of substances intended for use as a: (A) plant regulator; (B) defoliant; or (C) desiccant.
